Happy New Year - 2010

K.F. Sahiwala

Hi Folks! The New Year 2010 has come and I am wishing you all a very Happy and Prosperous New Year. This year we have to inculcate the new things in our life so as to come out in a different way. This new year we have to prepare ourself for the future and to learn the mistakes which we have done in the last year.

We have to improve and change and to prosper in the new year. In business also, the management tries to maximise more profits therby increasing efficiancy of the workers and reducing its costs. This can only be achieved by the proper& regular analysis and search and if any wastages and faults, it should be avoided or minimised.

The same things applies to our personal traits. We have to improve our self, our attitude, our behaviour and to become more philantrophic year by year. As a normal practice, one calculates its materialistic prosperity, earnings, prestige and ownership but the other side of personal traits like qualities, characters, happiness, love to all mankind, truthfulness, honesty, satisfaction, solace, contemptment, patience, endure, are losing its value day after day or rather year after year.

All these values and qualities does not measure in terms of money but it can only be measured that how happy and content you are. It is truly said that how a big millioner is but if he does not get a sound sleep than what is the use of his wealth. So folks,in this year check your moral account and see if there is no any degrade in any of these qualities.

Investiong in Gold and In Real Estates is better option than any other Options

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi Folks ! You all Guys are getting shocked to discuss and read about the gold and real estate investments, I know rather this is a new topic that ever has been discussed in my blog uptill now. As the name suggests HOUCHPOUCH means the blog covers all the topics.

So, it's a first time I have been covering the entire new topic about the investments. Well, Gold is not needed for the jewellary but it is a one kind of investemnt to oppose inflation. As the price of the gold rises day by day and it has reached up to Rs 18,000/- per 10 grams and it is earmarked rise and has to be notify about it. Secondly, investment in real estates also counts.

A person taken a house at Mira Road with one bedroom hall and kitchen before 8 months at around 8 Lakhs sold at a premium of Rs 10,00,000/- within arange of 8 months.

So, there is a immense growth of wealth in these two sectors and more obiviously one has to invest a huge capital. With gold, one can buy the raw gold and also the Gold Bond issued by the government of india and commercial banks in the form of gold coins and bars and with real estate one has to buy a plot of land which costs no more than atleast 75,000/- more in the remote areas.

The other advantges of investing in Gold is it is not volatile like other currencies and it is more stable and the safest kind of investment. Secondly gold is the best security to obtain loans from the bank.

Quiting Long Hours in Commuting

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi Folks ! This is regarding the problem faced by the commuters in travelling.I surprised with a middle class and middle aged lady travelling in jam packed locals from her house in Vasai up to the Wadala for her vocation.

She spends nearly 2 hrs in commuting. Some people are not afford to travel as they easily get exhausted in their work and it shows low capabality and less efficiency in their output or results. Most Mumbaikars rather prefer their jobs near to their place so as to save timings in their travelling. In addition to long hours, one detoirates their health as there are many breathing diseases comes in to faray like swine flu etc and moreover the firing from their boss as getting delayed.

It's really hectic to spend long hours in commuting. Many employers especially mentioned for recruiting staff in classifieds the place they preferred like around people from the western lines or rather near by surrounding place.

In this IT world, work can also be done from the remote places as there are ways of aveneues like e mailing, video conferencing, internet, short sms's , reminders, faxes etc. so one need not to be physically present at their work place just to ease them for physically getting present. Most banking are in to on line and many transaction of banking are in the on line.

Thanks to the internet,Technolgy and Mobiles for making us free from long time in travelling.

Visualization For Relaxation?

K.F. Sahiwala
Creative visualization may be used in various ways to experience true relaxation of the mind. It is by definition, positive. Removing the negative mental scenario, we emerge positive images in our minds that enable us to see our situations, even our own identities, constructively. These images help us in experiencing peace, satisfaction, happiness, love, joy etc. that are the foundations (basis) of relaxation.
Practice the basic visualization for relaxation given below:
Visualize a beautiful and real place, where you would like to be right now, if you had all the time and money in the world. We are now going to travel to that place using the power of the mind and intellect.
?
“Become aware of your body sitting here on the chair.
Do you feel heavy or light? Feel comfortable, your shoulders relaxed.
You become aware of your breathing.
What we are going to ask you to do is to go to a place, which is very special to yourself.
It may be a place, which is away outside the city; it may be a place inside a house.
It may be a place of colour and sound, which is not real at all.
Now you are sitting in that place.
Notice the colours that you can see.
The sky or ceiling or just light.
What is the texture around you? Fresh, clean or a natural place?
What are you sitting on? Something soft?
What can you hear around you?
Is there silence or are there the natural sounds of nature?
Are you walking or dancing or sitting still?
Can you see very far or is everything very close to you?
Why is it that you are enjoying the experience so much?
Why is there pleasure?
What are the feelings that you are having?
?
Now you are returning to the room,
back to this body sitting on the chair,
and writing down your relaxation experience.”??

The Life is Miserable

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi Folks ! This is an excellent story.
ONE BEDROOM FLAT... (A Bitter Reality)
WRITTEN BY AN INDIAN SOFTWARE ENGINEER....

As the dream of most parents I had acquired a degree in Software
Engineering and joined a company based in USA, the land of braves and
opportunity. When I arrived in the USA, it was as if a dream had come
true.
Here at last I was in the place where I want to be. I decided I would be
staying in this country for about Five years in which time I would have
earned enough money to settle down in India.
My father was a government employee and after his retirement, the only
asset he could acquire was a decent one bedroom flat.

I wanted to do something more than him. I started feeling homesick and
lonely as the time passed. I used to call home and speak to my parents
every week using cheap international phone cards. Two years passed, two
years of Burgers at McDonald's and pizzas and discos and 2 years watching
the foreign exchange rate getting happy whenever the Rupee value went
down.

Finally I decided to get married. Told my parents that I have only 10
days of holidays and everything must be done within these 10 days. I got my
ticket booked in the cheapest flight. Was jubilant and was actually
enjoying hopping for gifts for all my friends back home. If I miss
anyone then there will be talks. After reaching home I spent home one week
going through all the photographs of girls and as the time was getting shorter
I was forced to select one candidate.

In-laws told me, to my surprise, that I would have to get married in 2-3
days, as I will not get anymore holidays. After the marriage, it was
time to return to USA, after giving some money to my parents and telling the
neighbors to look after them, we returned to USA.

My wife enjoyed this country for about two months and then she started
feeling lonely. The frequency of calling India increased to twice in a
week sometimes 3 times a week. Our savings started diminishing.

After two more years we started to have kids. Two lovely kids, a boy and
a girl, were gifted to us by the almighty. Every time I spoke to my
parents, they asked me to come to India so that they can see their
grand-children.

Every year I decide to go to India... But part work part monetary
conditions prevented it. Years went by and visiting India was a distant
dream. Then suddenly one day I got a message that my parents were
seriously sick. I tried but I couldn't get any holidays and thus could not go to
India ... The next message I got was my parents had passed away and as
there was no one to do the last rights the society members had done
whatever they could. I was depressed. My parents had passed away without
seeing their grand children.

After couple more years passed away, much to my children's dislike and
my wife's joy we returned to India to settle down. I started to look for a
suitable property, but to my dismay my savings were short and the
property prices had gone up during all these years. I had to return to the USA...

My wife refused to come back with me and my children refused to stay in
India... My 2 children and I returned to USA after promising my wife I
would be back for good after two years.

Time passed by, my daughter decided to get married to an American and my
son was happy living in USA... I decided that had enough and wound-up
everything and returned to India... I had just enough money to buy a
decent
02 bedroom flat in a well-developed locality.

Now I am 60 years old and the only time I go out of the flat is for the
routine visit to the nearby temple. My faithful wife has also left me
and gone to the holy abode.

Sometimes
I wondered was it worth all this?

My father, even after staying in India, Had a house to his name and I
too have the same nothing more.
I lost my parents and children for just ONE EXTRA BEDROOM.

Looking out from the window I see a lot of children dancing. This damned
cable TV has spoiled our new generation and these children are losing
their
values and culture because of it. I get occasional cards from my
children asking I am alright. Well at least they remember me.

Now perhaps after I die it will be the neighbors again who will be
performing my last rights, God Bless them.

But the question still remains 'was all this worth it?'
I am still searching for an answer.................!!!

START THINKING
IS IT JUST FOR ONE EXTRA BEDROOM???

LIFE IS BEYOND THIS .....DON'T JUST LEAVE YOUR LIFE ........ START
LIVING
IT .......

Happiness lies in making others happy.

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi folks ! This is indeed a good story to read on , Please spare 2 minutes to read to boost your intuitive and intellect.and moreover the spirituality and kindness for others.

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs.

His bed was next to the room's only window.

The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.
The men talked for hours on end.

They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation..
Every afternoon, when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window...

The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.

The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake.
Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.

As the man by the window described all this in exquisite details, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine this picturesque scene.

One warm afternoon, the man by the window described a parade passing by.

Although the other man could not hear the band - he could see it in his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.
Days, weeks and months passed.

One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep.

She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.

As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside.
He strained to slowly turn to look out the window besides the bed.

It faced a blank wall.

The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.

The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.

She said, 'Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you.'

Epilogue:

There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.

Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.

If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy.

'Today is a gift, that is why it is called The Present .'

More fun in less Expenditure

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi folks ! I like to control my expenses as much as possible. I value my each and every coin of money and takes the perfect utility from a single paise, and why not this is our hard earned money.

I pay my utility bills from on line to save my time to stand in serpentine queues. Nevertheless I am searching in Google search for discounts and rebates and came across with visabillpay who gives 5 % discount on all your utility bills when you make from your visa Debit card.

My friend who was having the laptop is using full fledged doing business of share trading and earning enormous profit. Another Friend of mine is using his old bike to save his money and when asked he said that I am quite satisfied with his old bike and why not his purpose of travelling is getting solved and why to purchase expensive bike so as to show it off to others.

To enjoy the life is to live in a simple way. Fame, glory, arrogantness kills your happiness from inside. people spend extravagant amount and used only in single day. My friend always used to go for picnics, outings, holidays and when asked he said that I don't used an entire amount in a short span of time rather I spread out so that i can take the full advantage out of it. He had planned to go to UAE but as he decided afterwards that why to spend such a substantial amount at one go, instead he travelled in different parts of india and made his travel and holidays more enjoyable and everlasting. With the same amount he had travelled 7 to 8 places in india rather than going at one place i.e UAE.

Happiness comes from inside, but people think that to show off to others so as to know to others that they are also wealthy and of highly status by throwing huge wedding parties, ceremonies and in performing rituals.

Ladies Specal

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi Folks ! Here indeed a topic of a soap in SONY daily from Monday to Thursday at 9.00 pm. This is a dramatic soap and revolves around the stories of four women of different ages and different backgrounds.

Who has a time to see the serials. Don't worry guys. Here's a very interesting climax that I want to discuss is that in this serial a lady who plays a protagonists had won a Quiz contest against a car. She and her family went to receive their gifts, but unfortunately returned back with an empty hands.

The lady had boosted so much about the quiz contest that everybody including her neighbours awating to see her with the beautiful car. But to her dismal, the winner has to pay the tax amount worth of Rs 1,25,000/-.

Here is to mention is that the advertiser lure the people in the form of quiz contest and the final picture is very different from the picture which is intially mentioned. These guys went to receive their gifts but what happen, on the contrary they were told to pay the tax amount for the receipt of the gift.

I also got several calls from tours and travels, electronics departments and not to say the e mails mentioning the winner of several dollars. But finally it comes out to be fradulent and bogus. They use this tactics for the sales promotion and marketing strategy.

The end of this world in 2012

K.F. Sahiwala
The world will going to stop functioning in the year 2012, The scientists and experts confirm and declared the year 2012. There are many factors such as Sun Storms, Mayan calendar, The atom smasher whatever it may be, I am least bother about it.

I really feel from inside that the world has to get stop. The reason is over population, unemployment, hue and cry, dirty politics, exploitation and corruption etc. i really feel amazed that the scientists is the first to declare where are all magicians, clairvyoant, feing shui, astrolger had gone. They should be the forst one to come forward as per thier astyrological accuracy and predictions.

If i want to start anything I will directly go to scientists and experts for their advice rather than going to astrologer and mahatmas. Astrologer's play a very important role in fixing the dates of marriage, time for inaugauration, Graha, Vastu Shastra.

I think it's a better time to take their advice and to tell them that the scientists are more experts than you. They reveal only the historical events but not the real time affairs and practical approach. We should ask them that why this wrong doings are there in our society in the form of growing corruption, exploitation, I think that they will not have hardly any answers.

The mystery of this life is unfold by the spiritual organisation "BRAHMA KUMARIS" and they declared that this world i.e. Kalyuga is in a final stage and will not last long. This organisation is started long back and they chun only one slogan that this world will going to get end and the new world in the form of paradise will going to come in this earth and that to in India.

The Causes of the heart attack

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi folks ! First and foremost you all will wonder that I will give you some hints and precautions of this disease and will tell you the history of how this disease attacks you.

Not ofcourse at all, I don't know how it occurs, I seem about wrong food intakes, stress, lack of exercises, etc and etc. I do certainly go along with the stress. Stress plays a very important role in causing a heart attack.

I found the demise of many people cause by the heart attack and that to at the very first attack. They get expired at the very first attack. I lost my two uncles for this attacks , They had not lost their lives on the very first attack but though outside it comes to happen that on the very first attack but inside this process was continous.

Stress plays here a very important role, when a person doen't burn out, he will not get relief. they burn from inside and this causes to grow the disease slowly. When this disease attends at the last stage it gives the form of an heart attack and the person collapse. Mean to say that they absorbs the grief and pain inside in to them or rather they gets exploited and they never releases thier stress in any other forms.

Shiney's Ahuja Rape Case

K.F. Sahiwala

Hi Folks! The recent Buzz is around the rape case claimed by his maid servant against an actor.
The victim (Shiney Ahuja) has been interogatted by the department and soon his case will get settled as our PM Ashok Chavhan has promised and given to fasttrack court to ensure speedy justice.
Always, in the rape case , a man has to suffer and everyone's is pointing their finger towards the guilty of only man. Why there is so discrimination in genders. Man's are only responsibile for the guilty and why not women's. Women's are also human beings and they also have a urge to feel and satisfy their sexual orgasm and lusts.

As Shiney's wife has rightly said that two opposite sex are equally responsible. Women can also rape man. But there is no law in defence of man as man are physically strong than women. As there is a good saying "AKAL BADI YAA BHES BADI". Women can make man as scapegoat to satisfy her needs for sex and if man opposes then that women unecessary put him to blame that he has raped me.

Shiney is a well rich man and a handsome guy, I think he might have many girl friends with whom he can go for the sexual relationship with both the wishes of the two partners and in that case why he wants a maid to have a sex with him. I assume that there is a conspiracy led by his maid to make him a trap and to remove the money from him.

Betterment and Welfare of the Society

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi Folks ! I had been invited to attend the seminar against an invitation send by my friend. He narrated to me over the phone about the Love, Relationships, Communication to be discussed in the seminar. I got shocked when I entered the banquet hall where it was clearly written the fees of the course. I did not understood the concept and it was begun to start, as we reached earlier.

The auditorium was fully air conditioned and it was really chilled and the weather outside was different from inside, I told some of the sub ordinates to put the A/c low as it was likely affects our health. . Finally, our suspension comes to an end as the seminar began followed by the speech of Sardarji and we came to know all about as it was the Self Development Course.

Many spiritual and commercial organisations teaches this course free of charge or the meagre amount. The Sardar at the seminar ridiculed the programms shown by the Aastha channel on self development and he also ridiculed the audience over there not appreciating his speech and appaulads to him. That sardar was also insulting the negative thoughts of the audience telling that I know that what is going in your mind , I will change your attitude and character.

A person in the seminar gave the speech how his broken relationship with his mother gets cured after doing this course and he was enthusiasing the people to go for this course. According to me, it's really absurd and fooling around the people and taking undue advantage against their grief and sufferings.

Indeed, this is a social service and for that you charge from the public. This should be free of cost . Those who want to contribute voluntarily, that is another question. I really love those who are in the efforts of social service and they are doing social service work.

I also did self development course that is free of charge from The Wold spiritual trusts "BRAHMA KUMARIS" their teachings and knowledge is manifold and it gives inner peace and happiness. I love to contribute voluntarily to this instituation as its teachings gave me a lot of relief and happiness. I contribute every month to this organisation at my own will.

Slack in Bollywood Industry

K.F. Sahiwala

Hi folks! since a month there are no new releases of the films. This is ever happen in the whole life of this industry. This disaster in bollywood seems to be taken seriously and the matter should get resolved quickly.

Not to say of about the multiplexes, how these multiple screen survives.Multiplexes have a good infrastrusture and modern amenities with the food court and moreover it is in build with the main mall. I know the recently PVR cinemas newly opened at Lower Parel in Pheonix Mills. It is awesome to see a cinema in these multiplxes as it relaxes your muscles and get you refresh with digital sound and fully air conditioned foyer.

These multiplexes gets dusted with the slowdown of the films and how these owners absord the shock and not to say about the actors and others involved in this industry.Previously there were three to four films getting realesed every friday's when there was a rule of Govinda, Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, Sunney Doel. These actors films was getting released 20 to 25 every year.

Now, Hritik Roshan films are hardly to seen in our Indian cinema, where his time is there and he is a super star,. His last film was Jodha Akbar which got released 15 months back and after no film of him has come in the foyer. And needless to say our another super hero Vivek Oberoi, his choclaty style and masculine power had only seen in his Film Saathiya and Kyon ho Gaya naa and afterwards he became dumb and of no use.

Make Yourself More Comfortable

K.F. Sahiwala

Hi Folks! My Articles are more related to a personal traits and development and moreover to the spirituality and other causes. This article shocks you as it is not related to the above mentioned subjects. This is concern with the computer savvy and that to more infomation and learning WINDOWES XP of sams teach youerslf Microsoft Windows XP in 24 hours.

But, obvious if you take any IT Books, it will contain the information of that particular subjects and I was shocked to read the offbeat content in hour 24 of this book which titled MAKE YOURSELF MORE COMFORTABLE. Ofcourse, One has to be expertise in their own field but besides the basic knowlege there are other supplementary awarness and knowledge that one has to abreast with so as to become more expertise and insight the qualities of that subject.

Here a writer describes that if you spend an hour or more a day at your PC, run, don't walk, to your local office furniture store and check out their desk chair selection. The better desk chairs provide seperate controls for the arm rests, back and lumbar support and height. Make sure that you can adjust these components easily while sitting in the chair.Look for a chair on wheeels that rolls easily so that you can move between your PC and other work areas.

Your most component is the very chair you sit in. Smart PC users spend more money on their chairs than on their operating systems.

Sabbatical overrules the Polls

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi folks! here comes a tedious and tiresome election day to cast the votes, everytime the same manner and route to select the canditate and to elect him as a minister which has nothing to do with human welfare.

Well it's my opinion towards the poll. Different people has different opinion and t o change the scenerio of this country one has to change its norms and procedures and the way of working of the systems. Our people should come out with new things and concepts. I believe that the person for the posts of minister should get selected with our own likes and wishes and afterwards he should get the tickets to contest the elections.

The selections of the people will contest with each other in their constituency and will definately will come out as awinner who has done the good job or rather has good profile. Here the same canditates we see as usual or rather their offsprings to make usless interested in politics.

Nowadays people go for a trip or leave and enjoying the whole day instead of going and contesting their votes. They believe that nothing good will happen and they don't want to waste their time in electorial polls.

The Law of Good & Divine Deeds

K.F. Sahiwala

Once Shiv & Parvati were on the tour of earth. While they were passing through Punjab, Parvati saw Sikh Kisaans (farmers) were dancing due to good season. They were so involved in dancing & were busy within themselves that they dint realised that Shiv & Parvati were also present there.

Being ignored Parvati got angry and said, they are so selfish that they dont even realise that we are here. She gave them a Shraap (curse) that there would be no rain for seven years in that region. Hearing this, Shiv said this is too much of a punishment for just small mistake that too happened out of ignorance.

Well, time passed and after two years again Shiv & Parvati passed from that place and saw people were still happy, content and ploughing their field. Seeing this Parvati got surprised and asked them when this place is so dried, drought is all over and the fields are barren, still how are you content and why are you ploughing the field in this hot sun.

The farmer replied we are content because we have accepted our fate and we are ploughing our fields because we know we have been cursed but we also know that after five years it is going to rain, so in order to not to be out of practice and turn lethargic & lazy we are ploughing our fields.

Hearing this Shiv was extremely happy, took out his Dumroo and started playing it. Surprised Parvati asked him why are you playing this dumroo at this odd hour? Shiv said I have not played this dumroo in a long time may be since last 250 years, i'm playing it so that i may not run out of practice.

The sound of dumroo went up till sky. Hearing the sound of dumroo, the rain god said that i've not showered the rain since last two years, now I should rain so that I may not run out of practice and then the rain god showered in that region.

Learning : Always remain positive & contented in life and never leave your Purshaarth(karma)

Election Mania

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi Folks! Election is round the corner,The candidates of their respective parties debates with each other to gain confidence and love from thier countrymen and to boost them to vote against their name.

It is a dirty game and nowadays minister and their staff shows utter respect to the people at the time of electorial polls and afterwards it restore in to silence and whatever the promises they had given before the polls are all gone to vain.

They shows thier prestige only at the time of polls. Honesty and true love had gone from them. Servicing to the mankind had only remained in their dictionary. They want to come in politics to earn and enjoy.

I know the story of an angel, who was busy in writing the names of those who always pray and remind to god. A honest person saw ih his diary where his name has appeared or not, but to his knowkledge he found that his name was not there, as he was not praying to God.

After some days he saw the same angel reading the dairy of those names that were liked by God. Surprisingly , The same person name was found in God's diary. You know, Why? as he was taking care and helpful to others. Mankind Service is the most favourite service to God.

But today's minister forget about the mankind service and they show their artificial service in the form of appearing as a guest to inaugaurate some kind of functions, Seminars, speeches and giving condolences and paying surprised visit to drought relief areas, natural calamities.

Today's artificial life of ministers have been overssen and in taday's life there should be a real true minister that sould have a true profile and portfolio in the form of leadership, personality, looks, courage and well discipilned like Ms Indira Gandhi.

Luck By Chance

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi Folks! In our daily like we give utter importance to our luck. We rarely look in ourself of our failures rather than giving total credit to our luck. These people fails when they depend totally on their luck.

Success never comes at one step, continuous efforts and support leads you to success. Endeavours and struggle makes a man experienced and perfect. Learn to fight your problems but with patience and calmness. Losing control and patience leads to failures and to get you beleive in luck.

Once I heard the speech of KISMAT means luck, Kismat is nothing any extra power or rather any spiritual force acting upon us. It is been said by the people that he is unlucky person, he will not make it out because his stars are worst. A person needs to improve his character rather than cursing his luck. Man makes luck or KISMAT means Kis ki Mat or in whose path we are leading our life.

A person whose company of Friends circle is bad indulging in to smoking, drinking, gambling will defianely leads him to that path. So if in any situation any adverse condition comes, don't rely on KISMAT , It is that KISMAT which you have made.

Hand Book of 2009 (V.Imp)

K.F. Sahiwala
Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.

The Economic crisis turns over at Valentine's Day

K.F. Sahiwala

Hi Folks! Valentine Day is around the corner to celebrate and enjoy but unfortunately its a reccession time and this day will not be as celebrated with a lot of merry and hullah which were used to celebrate before.

The downtrend in the share market has also affected the lives of couples. Many couples has lost a lakh of rupees in share market. Monetory loss can be overcome only by passions and calmness.

The wrong doings of one partner or with wrong investments can put heavely strain and stress to another partner. Intially, one should learn from their own mistakes and try to forgive and forget of mishandling and misdoings of each other.

Learn from the mistakes and it is absurd to repent and cry. Now make the proper way and plan your expenses for the upcoming Valentine's Day. First and foremost is past is past, forget it. Communicate with each other, learn from your mistakes, and accept and say sorry for your fault. Truth always pays you and be straight and forward in your approach.

Resolve your problems as soon as possibe as it would go in to stray relationships which leads you to divorce. And ofcourse minimise your expenses by staying home in this valentine, Cook at home and have some fun and get around to your close friends by inviting them at your house which leads to economical costs and control, Cooking food at your home makes your food healtheir and tastier. Meditate every 15 minutes a day which gives you inner peace and stability.

Ban of Pubs and Discotheque

K.F. Sahiwala
Hi Folks ! This is a related issue's to the assault of women and ban on pubs in karnataka state. Majoritis are in the favour of pubs. Teenagers and college goers are unhappy and want to welcome this culture by objecting towards this ban.

I read many of them are in this favour and gets riducles towards government policy and law control towards this ban. This is the small issue and rather our system put the control on it by enacting the force and acts like banning on pubs, Love in the open air and avoiding the celebrations of Valentine Day.

Our system wants to get escape in solving the big problems of militants, relationship with Pakistan and rather gets focus on this small issue by harrasing and giving troubles to local people.

According to my point of view, this is fair, right time to curb these small issues which gets turn in to big cause. Pubs, Dancind, Gambling is the path towards criminal and give rise to militants and terrosists.

Our teenagers require at this point of time spiritual education, which gives them inner joy and happiness rather going and enjoying at pubs.

This is the article of an interview from rediiff where Bhanumathi Narshiman in an exclusive interview highlights our youths abouth discontinuing the pub culture and women's issues.
