I like to tell you that indeed we face several problems when purchasing a new products, commodities whether in terms of Electronics, Houseware, apparels and other stuff. We buy new items to replaced the old items.

Notwithstanding, New items create problems. In Today's Mumbai Mirror a family from Belapur bought an expensive kitchen hob or stove and barely two months after it was installed it got exploded . The new one which was bought to replace the old one gave this problem.

To respite from the old ones we purchased the new products and after wards some technical problem arises, no doubt we do get the benefits of warranty for one year and support from the company. The headache is that no one has a time for the follow up and again there would be a delay from the company side to send their engineers to look in to their products.

I preferably don't change my Mobiles frequently, In spite of spending extravagant amount and to invite headache for the technical problems and moreover one has to read the brouchers to use and handle the products. It is better to use your old one rather going to purchase for the new one. It is been rightly said "OLD IS GOLD".

Once again remember that your website profits depend on two things:
1. The number of visitors you get and
2. How many of those visitors take action and buy something from
you. It really is that simple!

And you also know every page on your web site exists for a purpose
- and most often that purpose is going to be to get your visitor to
take some kind of action, whether it's to leave their details and
subscribe to your mailing list, buy something, or even just to click

on a button to go to another page.

One of the most powerful of methods to get people to leave you
their name and email address is the "squeeze page".

A "squeeze page" is a web-page where you "squeeze" the visitor's
details out of them, usually an email address and their first name.
That allows you to start emailing them so you can build a
relationship and eventually start selling to them.

The ideal squeeze-page has very little on it save the fields for the name

and email address, a "Submit" button and some copy giving them a reason

why they ought to continue.

Your goal is to start a relationship with them and the best way to
start a relationship is by giving them a gift for FREE so begin the
relationship by giving and offer them something useful, informative
and with some perceived value. Other than these minimal fields,
there is nothing else to look at and nowhere else to go.

up to a very powerful and persuasive message indeed. So give it a
go - it won't take you more than a few hours to set up a squeeze
page WITH video and start testing the results.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. It can double your sales!

although you may like the idea of getting the names and email
addresses of people who visit your site, your site still has to
bear the burden of the sale or inquiry!

Hi guys, Wishing you all the Happy and Joyful Holi. The meaning of Holi is let's forgive and forget. Ends the enemity and be the better friends in future.

All the Festivals helps us in ending enemity, sorrow, grief and pains,. atleast in the feast we see merry round and smiling, joyful faces. Any important work or assignments are always done in such auspicious occasions only.

Holi is the only day where friendship starts and enemity ends. Love, affections, and tenderness takes place in each and every heart. People become rather mischievous and childish while playing with colours. They all tend to come at one platform where they don'yt differentiate each other in terms of age, sex and status.

They laugh and merry and say "Aaj to Holi hai, Aaj koi bahane baaji nahin chalegee". So holi comes in such a situation where there is a hue and cry all around whether in terms of Tsunami, Climate, Unemployment, Disease and ill treatment.

The favor we can do to our society and man kind is that there is only a last resort which remains only with festival by cherishing our-self and give joyous movement to our relatives and friends so atleast for timebeing they should get relieve from their pains and sorrow.

Hi folks! We seems to live our life as we are suppose to do so. In Childhood we used to go to schools, tuition's and by hook or crook we did our matriculation and then comes our college life. We take degrees and diploma for our carriers and start earning for our livelihood.

Then comes marriage and then our children and their children s and on and on. Our life has become the sets of limits and boundaries and in that limits we have to live. Suppose as one crosses the boundaries either that person become great or vice versa.

I can give the best example of our Great freedom Fighter like "Mahatma Gandhi". Gandhiji fought for our nation until his death. Even he can lead a life as all normal people live. Instead of that, though he had taken foreign education he did not spend his life like a normal person does.

He studied the people of our nation, their lifestyles, poverty, illeteracy and finally came to a conclusion that he will spend his whole life for the bettermen of his countrymen. Gandhiji was totally a respectful and remarkable person. I myself really gets admire for him and I love to visit his residence in Mumbai at Mani bhavan in Girgoan. Gandhiji though was Hnndu but respected for all the religiions and studied their sacred rituals and books in details, He was really a follower of humanity.

The opposite side is our great terrorists . They also chose to live their life in a different way. Kasab the terrorists who is found alive is also a sort of offbeat. One gets amazed by hearing his story of how he became a terrorists. He was imparted the knowledge for the betterment of his countrymen and his religion. His main objective to defeat his enemy and become popular in his caste and country. He chosen the different path to live his life as a terrorists.

So, I assume that some or the other many people tries to live in an unconventional way like remaining bachelor in their whole life, Sacrificing their life for doing social service, some become doctors not for money but to treat the needy people, Some gives higher donation, and the lists goes on and on.

Here I say the actual exams starts both for bride and groom. Before the marriage both the families of bride and groom inquire with their freinds and relatives about their families, standard of living, Qualifications,financial back ground, status in the society, materialistics holding of a groom like whether he owns a flat in his own name, Whether he is doing bussiness of his own or whether he is in family bussiness.

His past history, his past history of his family, his history of his own brothers and sisters. Moreover in the first meeting a girl will say to a boy that she would no more be a housewife as she likes to have her own carrier. She looks the financial backround of a boy and the same thing goes with a boy whether he takes anything from her or from her family in the form of dowry.

Here the total idea only envelopes with the physical holdings or materialists. Here only the measurement of quantity takes place but not qualities.

Qualities do plays a very impotant part in life. Hi Folks ! If someone does bad to us then that person becomes our enemy, We dislike that person or rather we at all don't like that pereson to such an extent that if one of our freind keep the relationship with that person to whom we called as an enemy, our freind will also become our enemy.

Enemy, jealousy, back bitting, et al are all vices which should be removed from us. No doubt if someone does bad with you, you may consider that there would be ten people who will favour me or rather that person is minimising your sin by criticizing you. You observe that those who become great in their life after surviving so much criticism and hardships. We can take the example of all the freedom fighters like Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru etc.

This is an actual tests which one has to passed by not back firing him. We should handle the anger person with courtesy and politely. The anger person is not our enemy, but the vice of anger in him is our enemy. One has to remove anger from him that is our great enemy. If some one talks you nicely than that person would be good to you & if the same person gets wild on you than he will be bad to you.

Don't look the person or rather physical but look to his qualities or inner hidden feeling which could not be seen. Eradicate that anger from him forever and that person will become your freind.

There are five enemies for all the human beings which makes this world horrible and difficult to live . They are Lust (passion, ) Anger, Arrogantness, Attachment, and Jealousy. Don't go abroad and live a life of slavery in other countries, rather than stay in our own country and make our country more civilized and advanced.

Make our country as a tourists place so that the foreigners comes and visit our tourists place. (Goa is very famous for the foreigner's)

In Education stream take the degree's of our own country rather than going to others countries there by creating a lot of fuss in terms of caste, creed and colour.
Boost export as much as possible so as to earn foreign exchange and make the value of indian rupee high as compared to other countries.
This can only happens if you love your country from the bottom of your heart and not by merely singing a song and become patroitic.You should feel from inside and to put these sacrifices made by our great hero's in your practical life which has been mentioned above.

Love and Attachment gives grief and sorrow

Your happiness does not have to depend on others & things.Dependent on any of them loose your peace and happiness. You choose to be peaceful and content in yourself only.
So when possessions are damaged or when people leave or die or when expectations are not met, all of which are inevitable, you don't become discontent. You have realized everything in life comes and goes, everything decays, every dynamic process is unpredictable and uncontrollable, and must end. You know this is a reality. Every time you get angry it means you are having an argument with this reality.

To bow ourself to others make humble and sweet going in front of others. Do not make things big from small and find the way out to come out from any tough or hard issues as soon as possible. Don't get adamant but if you are right and could not prove at that moment, let's face that situation in humble way and you could prove later because after some time all gets settled and at that time you could prove yourself that you were not wrong previously.

Soul which is unseen and immortal works though the medium of our body. Soul take supports of the body which is made up of five elemnnts of nature viz air, water, earth, fire and sky. The best example is when a person dies irrespective of any religion his body decomposes and all the five elements are equally distributed to their respective components of the nature. Now, the remains is only the soul which leaves the body and takes another body.

Soul is not material like body. Soul never dies, the most interesting part of the soul is that it has three parts i.e to identify soul we have to think over the man's behaviour , attitude and attire and it is not identification of himself i.e his body but soul.

Soul has MIND, INTELLECT and ATTITUDE or rather BEHAVIOUR. Mind works to capture the idea and gives to intellect to take a decision whether that tasks has to perform or not. If that idea or thoughts creted by mind got performed by the intellect than that tasks becomes the attitude of a person or rather his behaviour.

Mind creates the idea and intellect takes the decision and performs the actions and that actions are of two kinds one is positive and another is negative. If the soul of a person performs the good actions he would be called as generous and merciful person and vice versa.

As for instance a person can have the good vision for a women, he treats his counterpart nicely and respectfully and always treat them well. Another person has wrong sightedness as far as women is concerned he always behave rudely and underestimates them. So, the behaviour of the fisrt person is good and of another is bad.

Soul repent because of the bad deeds karma in this life and also of the previous life. As we truly say that what a soul did in his previous birth that he is born in such a wealthy family. It is the soul and only soul which reaps its benefits and sorrowness in the form of its next birth.

Hi Folks ! A day which you prolongs your work will never come. At the very outset, If you don't like anything , don't give false promises of getting done. There are three types of people, one is that they never does the work and giving false dates and promises. Other one is those they like but they prolonged or rather procasinated or seems that they like it but not too much. The third one is very prompt and randomly does the work without any notices or reminders.

People save in their early age and they are worried of their futures, comes in the first category of randomly selected. The second one keeps their meagre amount aside for saving but not giving much more importance but in their uncounscious mind it is there of savings, comes under second category. Third ones are the dump never cares for their life and spends extravagant and if asked for the saving they say who cares, life is there for enjoyment, we will save or rather start saving at some other day but that day never comes.

Likewise, it goes to one's religion, a person who is very pious never forgets GOD and he always reminds him in his prayers and rituals and moreover in his each and every actions and works. He understands that if I remind almighty and follow his path than I will be loved by him and he will come at my rescue and helps me out. Second one's are those who only reminds GOD only in grief and sorrow and does the rituals only for name sake simultaneously GOD will also reminds him the same way as he does and never give's higher seat in heaven.

Third one, that they will always makes false promises but never do their rituals and makes the excuses that he is still very young and tender in his age and whole life is there for worship and finally he prolongs and that day never comes but his death comes first.

Hi Folks ! Is this a budget, there is nothing new that has come to the rescue for the old , poor and middle class person. It is just the name sake "BUDGET". I don't understand why our FM every year draws the budget for the nation. Budget means to give relief, happy life and controllable and cheerish life to all human beings. This budget has only affected to those coming in the tax brackets.

If asked to a slum person what budget has affected him , he will hardly have any answer to say. Budget means to convet the whole DHARAVI the biggest slum in Asia in to township. If I would be a FM, I would draw such a budget that really indeed makes a common man life in to more happy and cherishable way.

I would quote the price of each and every meagre item before the budget and after the budget. For eg As Bisleri mineral water would costs you now Rs 11.00 instead of Rs 12.00. Tea will costs you Rs 6.00 instead of Rs 8.00 Vada Pav would costs you Rs 4.50 instead of Rs 5.00. Bus Fare would costs Rs 2.50 instead of Rs 3.00. Groceries, Provisions, Crockeries, Confectionery etc and etc and most important all anti biotics and opertation charges would always have to go down.

The people are least bothered in exemption of I/Tax rates, Excise, Custom , VAT and Service taxes. If suppose if there would be increase in all these rates,people would indulge in to malpractice and wrong doings to evade the taxes and ultimately the poor people has to suffer.

Hi Folks! This is my favourite movie, where I like the dialogues delivered by our King Badshah"Mr Sharukh Khan" when kajol tells her to make her run or leave her family to run away with him, but Sharukh refuses and tells her that he is not so coward to maker her run away with him and tells her that he will by his own accord will ask her hand to his father.

For that, he undergoes so hard and turmoil and finally wins the battle. Similarly life is like a battle, we have to fight till our last breath and we should not get upset against up and downs which comes in our life. To achieve gains and incomes many people use shortcuts or rather dishonest and fraudalent paths and ultimately ends with pains and failures.

To live life honestly, we have to follow the true path, no doubt we will come across with many difficulties and pains, hue and cry but finally there will be relief and real life afterwards. Again, in this movie Sharukh says that there are two ways or paths in one's life , one path is fully covered with flora and fauna and another is covered with stones, pubbles and thorns.

The flora and fauna path is choen by all the people as this path is full of fraudalent and fame at the beginning achieved by unreal and dishonesty means and afterwards there would be pains and repentance forever, as this path is covered at the begining with flowers and as you go futher and futher, ultimaely black thick clouds will engulfed you.

The second path are rarely chosen by the people as it is greatly chosen by our religious preists, saints, biceps and no more than other our freedom fighters. This path is very lovable to GOD and whict at the beginning defames you but at the end there would be huge respect, love, philantrophic, medals and awards. As in the begining there will be thorns and at last there would be a flowers and brightness in your way.

My grandpa used to tell me that what's the use of schooling if you doesn't know how to fix a srew and nut bolt, how to do repairs to electricals, and all other pratical issues which come up in our life. He used to say that we are least bother that which flowers and trees are growing in which countries and all algebratic and geometric formullas that is not really applicable to your daily life.

One has to be pratical and your knowledge pays a dividend when you become useful to others besides earning regular income . Degrees, Awards, Certificates, Medals are counted when you put your knowledge in to practise and more towards human welfare.

Remember, there are two types of accounts one has to maintain in their life one is monetory account and another is divine virtues and good deeds. A doctor has to see its patients in terms of wealth, he should charged heavy from a wealthy patients and the same has to be contributed free of costs to the poor patients.

Life is full of joy and guster and in anyways "All is well". Contribute everything to God. whatever will happen in your life , it will happen for good cause only. Hi Folks ! This is regarding the problem faced by the commuters in travelling.I surprised with a middle class and middle aged lady travelling in jam packed locals from her house in Vasai up to the Wadala for her vocation.

She spends nearly 2 hrs in commuting. Some people are not afford to travel as they easily get exhausted in their work and it shows low capabality and less efficiency in their output or results. Most Mumbaikars rather prefer their jobs near to their place so as to save timings in their travelling. In addition to long hours, one detoirates their health as there are many breathing diseases comes in to faray like swine flu etc and moreover the firing from their boss as getting delayed.

ONE BEDROOM FLAT... (A Bitter Reality)
WRITTEN BY AN INDIAN SOFTWARE ENGINEER....

As the dream of most parents I had acquired a degree in Software
Engineering and joined a company based in USA, the land of braves and
opportunity. When I arrived in the USA, it was as if a dream had come
true.
Here at last I was in the place where I want to be. I decided I would be
staying in this country for about Five years in which time I would have
earned enough money to settle down in India.
My father was a government employee and after his retirement, the only
asset he could acquire was a decent one bedroom flat.

I wanted to do something more than him. I started feeling homesick and
lonely as the time passed. I used to call home and speak to my parents
every week using cheap international phone cards. Two years passed, two
years of Burgers at McDonald's and pizzas and discos and 2 years watching
the foreign exchange rate getting happy whenever the Rupee value went
down.

Finally I decided to get married. Told my parents that I have only 10
days of holidays and everything must be done within these 10 days. I got my
ticket booked in the cheapest flight. Was jubilant and was actually
enjoying hopping for gifts for all my friends back home. If I miss
anyone then there will be talks. After reaching home I spent home one week
going through all the photographs of girls and as the time was getting shorter
I was forced to select one candidate.

In-laws told me, to my surprise, that I would have to get married in 2-3
days, as I will not get anymore holidays. After the marriage, it was
time to return to USA, after giving some money to my parents and telling the
neighbors to look after them, we returned to USA.

My wife enjoyed this country for about two months and then she started
feeling lonely. The frequency of calling India increased to twice in a
week sometimes 3 times a week. Our savings started diminishing.

After two more years we started to have kids. Two lovely kids, a boy and
a girl, were gifted to us by the almighty. Every time I spoke to my
parents, they asked me to come to India so that they can see their
grand-children.

Every year I decide to go to India... But part work part monetary
conditions prevented it. Years went by and visiting India was a distant
dream. Then suddenly one day I got a message that my parents were
seriously sick. I tried but I couldn't get any holidays and thus could not go to
India ... The next message I got was my parents had passed away and as
there was no one to do the last rights the society members had done
whatever they could. I was depressed. My parents had passed away without
seeing their grand children.

After couple more years passed away, much to my children's dislike and
my wife's joy we returned to India to settle down. I started to look for a
suitable property, but to my dismay my savings were short and the
property prices had gone up during all these years. I had to return to the USA...

My wife refused to come back with me and my children refused to stay in
India... My 2 children and I returned to USA after promising my wife I
would be back for good after two years.

Time passed by, my daughter decided to get married to an American and my
son was happy living in USA... I decided that had enough and wound-up
everything and returned to India... I had just enough money to buy a
decent
02 bedroom flat in a well-developed locality.

Now I am 60 years old and the only time I go out of the flat is for the
routine visit to the nearby temple. My faithful wife has also left me
and gone to the holy abode.

Sometimes
I wondered was it worth all this?

My father, even after staying in India, Had a house to his name and I
too have the same nothing more.
I lost my parents and children for just ONE EXTRA BEDROOM.

Looking out from the window I see a lot of children dancing. This damned
cable TV has spoiled our new generation and these children are losing
their
values and culture because of it. I get occasional cards from my
children asking I am alright. Well at least they remember me.

Now perhaps after I die it will be the neighbors again who will be
performing my last rights, God Bless them.

But the question still remains 'was all this worth it?'
I am still searching for an answer.................!!!

Hi folks ! This is indeed a good story to read on , Please spare 2 minutes to read to boost your intuitive and intellect.and moreover the spirituality and kindness for others.

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs.

His bed was next to the room's only window.

The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.
The men talked for hours on end.

They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation..
Every afternoon, when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window...

The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.

The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake.
Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.

As the man by the window described all this in exquisite details, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine this picturesque scene.

One warm afternoon, the man by the window described a parade passing by.

Although the other man could not hear the band - he could see it in his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.
Days, weeks and months passed.

One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep.

She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.

As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside.
He strained to slowly turn to look out the window besides the bed.

It faced a blank wall.

The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.

The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.

She said, 'Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you.'

Epilogue:

There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.

Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.

If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy.

Hi folks ! I like to control my expenses as much as possible. I value my each and every coin of money and takes the perfect utility from a single paise, and why not this is our hard earned money.

I pay my utility bills from on line to save my time to stand in serpentine queues. Nevertheless I am searching in Google search for discounts and rebates and came across with visabillpay who gives 5 % discount on all your utility bills when you make from your visa Debit card.

My friend who was having the laptop is using full fledged doing business of share trading and earning enormous profit. Another Friend of mine is using his old bike to save his money and when asked he said that I am quite satisfied with his old bike and why not his purpose of travelling is getting solved and why to purchase expensive bike so as to show it off to others.

To enjoy the life is to live in a simple way. Fame, glory, arrogantness kills your happiness from inside. people spend extravagant amount and used only in single day. My friend always used to go for picnics, outings, holidays and when asked he said that I don't used an entire amount in a short span of time rather I spread out so that i can take the full advantage out of it. He had planned to go to UAE but as he decided afterwards that why to spend such a substantial amount at one go, instead he travelled in different parts of india and made his travel and holidays more enjoyable and everlasting. With the same amount he had travelled 7 to 8 places in india rather than going at one place i.e UAE.

Hi Folks ! Here indeed a topic of a soap in SONY daily from Monday to Thursday at 9.00 pm. This is a dramatic soap and revolves around the stories of four women of different ages and different backgrounds.

Who has a time to see the serials. Don't worry guys. Here's a very interesting climax that I want to discuss is that in this serial a lady who plays a protagonists had won a Quiz contest against a car. She and her family went to receive their gifts, but unfortunately returned back with an empty hands.

The lady had boosted so much about the quiz contest that everybody including her neighbours awating to see her with the beautiful car. But to her dismal, the winner has to pay the tax amount worth of Rs 1,25,000/-.

Here is to mention is that the advertiser lure the people in the form of quiz contest and the final picture is very different from the picture which is intially mentioned. These guys went to receive their gifts but what happen, on the contrary they were told to pay the tax amount for the receipt of the gift.

I also got several calls from tours and travels, electronics departments and not to say the e mails mentioning the winner of several dollars. But finally it comes out to be fradulent and bogus. They use this tactics for the sales promotion and marketing strategy.

The world will going to stop functioning in the year 2012, The scientists and experts confirm and declared the year 2012. There are many factors such as Sun Storms, Mayan calendar, The atom smasher whatever it may be, I am least bother about it.

I really feel from inside that the world has to get stop. The reason is over population, unemployment, hue and cry, dirty politics, exploitation and corruption etc. i really feel amazed that the scientists is the first to declare where are all magicians, clairvyoant, feing shui, astrolger had gone. They should be the forst one to come forward as per thier astyrological accuracy and predictions.

If i want to start anything I will directly go to scientists and experts for their advice rather than going to astrologer and mahatmas. Astrologer's play a very important role in fixing the dates of marriage, time for inaugauration, Graha, Vastu Shastra.

I think it's a better time to take their advice and to tell them that the scientists are more experts than you. They reveal only the historical events but not the real time affairs and practical approach. We should ask them that why this wrong doings are there in our society in the form of growing corruption, exploitation, I think that they will not have hardly any answers.

The mystery of this life is unfold by the spiritual organisation "BRAHMA KUMARIS" and they declared that this world i.e. Kalyuga is in a final stage and will not last long. Not ofcourse at all, I don't know how it occurs, I seem about wrong food intakes, stress, lack of exercises, etc and etc. I do certainly go along with the stress. Stress plays a very important role in causing a heart attack.

I lost my two uncles for this attacks , They had not lost their lives on the very first attack but though outside it comes to happen that on the very first attack but inside this process was continous.

When this disease attends at the last stage it gives the form of an heart attack and the person collapse. Hi Folks ! I had been invited to attend the seminar against an invitation send by my friend. He narrated to me over the phone about the Love, Relationships, Communication to be discussed in the seminar. I got shocked when I entered the banquet hall where it was clearly written the fees of the course. I did not understood the concept and it was begun to start, as we reached earlier.

The auditorium was fully air conditioned and it was really chilled and the weather outside was different from inside, I told some of the sub ordinates to put the A/c low as it was likely affects our health. . Finally, our suspension comes to an end as the seminar began followed by the speech of Sardarji and we came to know all about as it was the Self Development Course.

Many spiritual and commercial organisations teaches this course free of charge or the meagre amount. The Sardar at the seminar ridiculed the programms shown by the Aastha channel on self development and he also ridiculed the audience over there not appreciating his speech and appaulads to him. That sardar was also insulting the negative thoughts of the audience telling that I know that what is going in your mind , I will change your attitude and character.

A person in the seminar gave the speech how his broken relationship with his mother gets cured after doing this course and he was enthusiasing the people to go for this course. According to me, it's really absurd and fooling around the people and taking undue advantage against their grief and sufferings.

Indeed, this is a social service and for that you charge from the public. This should be free of cost . Those who want to contribute voluntarily, that is another question. I really love those who are in the efforts of social service and they are doing social service work.

These multiplexes gets dusted with the slowdown of the films and how these owners absord the shock and not to say about the actors and others involved in this industry.Previously there were three to four films getting realesed every friday's when there was a rule of Govinda, Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, Sunney Doel. These actors films was getting released 20 to 25 every year.

Now, Hritik Roshan films are hardly to seen in our Indian cinema, where his time is there and he is a super star,. Hearing this Shiv was extremely happy, took out his Dumroo and started playing it. Surprised Parvati asked him why are you playing this dumroo at this odd hour? Shiv said I have not played this dumroo in a long time may be since last 250 years, i'm playing it so that i may not run out of practice.

How the Fidayeen are trained

Engaging security forces in a battle for nearly three days is no ordinary feat. Security experts say that this is possible due to the rigorous training that these terrorists undergo before they launch an attack.

A fidayeen undergoes the toughest training, says an IB officer who has documented the training programmes of these people. The officer says that these men are trained first mentally and then physically. The mental aspect which involves rigorous brain washing is the most important part of the programme. Fidayeens are told that their ultimate goal should be to kill as much possible and they should also be ready to die. Once their mind is set to this, the physical aspect of the training begins. The officer says that training and brainwashing the mind is extremely crucial as the fidayeen become determined to pass the physical test in order to carry out the mission.

The physical aspect of the training is extremely difficult and only one out of 20 men selected for the programme are finally chosen. The official says that this programme was first started by the al Qaeda and then borrowed by the Lashkar-e-Tayiba.

The men who are selected for the training programmes are known as mujahids. A mujahid fidayeen training programme lasts between five and six months. It involves jogging, sprinting, combat, training in arms and ammunition. A mujahid is declared a fidayeen only when he able to sprint 100 meters in 12 seconds. He should also be able to jog for 10 kilometres with just a half an hour break. Further he should be march continuously for five hours carrying things weighing at least 20 kgs. Apart from this he should be able to stay awake for five days in a row and not lose concentration and should be able to go without food for two days. The final part of the programme involves training in combat with the use of guns and grenades.

It is a normal practice that everybody is doing work or some activity for his livelihood and that to only up to his livelihood but not at the the cost of his life. It is exceptional to our Navy, Soldiers as these people are getting enormous training and perks and moreover they get due respect and discipline from the people of their own country who contibutes their lives for the betterment of our country.
Here also our great ATS chief officer and NSG Commando Mr Sandeep Unnikrishnan and other two officers who laid their life by protecting our country from these terroists.It is not and end to this issue, but the question arises how these terroists gets ready to laid thier life by doing these vehement and terroists activities.

If we think from their own point of veiw, I suggests that monetory or some other factors motivate them to indulge in to these activities. I viewed in TV channels the communication between terroists and our media persons asking them that you are not being bothered of about your family.

Thet are trainied so meticulously and proffessionally, emotionally, spiritually, strongly that they have only one mission in thier life to attain this target (ofcourse it is a terroist activity for us), or rather they think that it is a salvation path or rather JEHAD of their community with which they will sacrifice and become nearest and dearest to the GOD. In a profession, one is playing a match and individual skills picked up at B-school are not enough to win it; one needs to coordinate, play his role, create opportunities, take initiatives and rejoice in the celebration of the entire team. I strongly believe that in real professional world there are no individual triumphs. Individual accolades and medals end with the alma mater.
To all those stepping out into their careers post their MBAs, I would strongly advise that they look for linear organic growth at the beginning of the career. Exponential growth, especially in the initial days, results in dilution of certain fundamental strengths. I am reminded of the story of a butterfly coming out of the cocoon.
If you do not let it struggle through the entire process and try cutting open the cocoon to help the butterfly out, all you will get is a butterfly with underdeveloped wings that cannot fly. Similarly, one should try and gain operational level experience first.

That is, the Sensex is down from the highs of January, when it was over 20,000 points, to close at a dismal 9,975.35 points this Friday -- down a whopping 50 per cent in just 10 months.
And the last 20-25 per cent decline in the stock market has been so swift that it has taken just seven trading sessions to achieve this feat.
To top this, the entire banking and financial system is under a lot of duress. There is a crisis in terms of confidence, with banks sometimes unwilling to lend short-term money to other banks and companies.
Does this mean that we are headed for doom and nothing can be done about it? Certainly not, in fact, the great news is that there are steps that we could possibly take now to better prepare ourselves for some tough times ahead.
Though there is no silver bullet or short-cut that can save you from a financial crisis of such nature, because no asset can protect itself or generate real returns in a panic situation, there are some key things that a family can do to ensure that they are ready to weather these uncertain times.

Step one: Stay Calm. Don't panic and make rash decisions. Even though you know that selling shares of good companies or mutual funds is the worst thing to do, it is often the first thing that comes to your mind.
Of course, this is not to say that if there is money in high-risk, high-return mid-or small-cap funds or stocks, you should not move them. But take a call after you have properly analysed losses that would have incurred in the process.
Yes, these are times when you have to be more alert, but translating your alertness into immediate action need not be necessary. You should opt for rational decisions in such times.

Step two: Just a while ago, you would have got calls from head hunters and felt ultra-confident about yourself.
But with changing times, it is more likely that these calls will slow down, and so will hikes being offered by companies that are recruiting. Even your own company may not give much of a hike in the next year. But it's time that you do not look at hikes and increments. Instead, be defensive about your existing job.
There are several ways of doing this -- right from taking in more responsibilities to improving your skill sets. This could mean putting in more hours, if possible, and working harder and smarter. Be prepared for situations, where your company is pruning its existing workforce and more workload may be coming your way.

Step three: Create a contingency fund aggressively, if you have not already done so. It is far more important now to have that additional cushion. Have at least 4-12 months of expenses in the liquid form, that is, in savings account and fixed deposits, at all points of time.
If only a single member of the family is working then it is imperative to have more funds in the emergency kitty. Additionally, take stock of what you can sell in such markets without incurring a loss.
Can you borrow against fixed deposits, take a loan against your LIC [Get Quote] policy and withdraw from PPF or EPF? Do you have gold that you could possibly sell? Evaluate all possibilities and be ready for all contingencies.

Step four: Perhaps, not taken too seriously, but the most important point -- reduce your expenses. There are two types of expenses: mandatory (groceries, child's education, home loan) and voluntary (entertainment, vacation, eating out and others).
While there might be no way of scaling down mandatory expenses, voluntary ones can certainly be scaled down.

In ancient age, People used to say that the KALYUG will definately will come and in this stage people will not get the roof to live and they live above the heads of one another. So this high rise is only the sign of the KALYUG.

I had seen many sky srappers coming up around in our city and amazed to see such a hugh high rise. The floors of the hight rise or rather windows of each floors looks like the buttons from the down when viewed from the bottom. It simply makes me difficult to see such towers from down as my eyes gets stained or neck gets pained to view up to the top.

Tody evey citizens are in the favour of high rise towers. I can give the best example of GRAND PARADI at Kemps Crner area The towers has been itself builf on a cliff which is 50 to 55 inch high and on that the hugh tower has been build and not to say about the LIFTS. When there is no power, one has to climb or to come down with their own feet.

There is a lopsided or rather unilateral development in our city which causes great woe's to our people. Day by Day new rises are coming up with no equal to our today's transport systems.

On the contrary, Trains should get double or triple deckers coach as to accomodate to these citizens of our city. Many BEST Buses convert from Double Decker to Single Deckers causing great inconvience and adding more to our woe's of the people.

They will always show you or rather tells you the benefits, advantages or likeness of that particlar issue for which they have come up.

The best instance is of the salesman , In his sakes talk he will narrate all his advantages of his products and services. Another is the nupital get toghter where a groom's ralatives will always give his best examples to their bride's relatives. The hidden cost i.e. disadvantages never been shown or rather it comes up after that situtation gets over and finally one has to repent the whole life whether in terms of the products or from the life partner.

Everone talks of their own good things or work. No one shows the hidden weakness lying in himself. I can narrate the good example of a sales man who was true and honest in his sales approach. When asks for his competitors he always used to appreciate and encouraged his clients of his competitors. He always sees the budget of his client and also the requirement. If someone was not having requirment he used to say why waste money to buy his proiduct he can also go without his products and finally after a short period of time his sales grows like leaps and bounds.
I can tell one good example of my own self, where I had been invited for the inaugauration for the launch of a new bank produts i.e internet banking. The Branch manager and the guests presents in the meetings gave a very wonderful sppech about their new produts to make an ease for their clients to use internet banking at home without going in to the bank. After the meeting they were clled upon to their customers to say something for any problems. I spoke and said that it is very nice and thanks for coming out of the new products. Hi Folks ! We always remind some of the sweet memories of past and reclloect those events which could not be forget. We even remember our friends, relatives and collegues for spending the time with us in the past. Past is unforgateble and future is to make our sweet memories to come in to existence.

We have our building friends where we conduct one day picnic every year as we could not forget our past picnics and it always happen to come to our memories and we go at every year. The person's company is also important to make that event more memorable. Like minded and easy going friends are more comfortable than reserved.

I can tell you one of my collegues who always gives me a very good advice and his advice remained in my mind as memory and I could not forget that friend. His advice was when I was getting depressed he used to tell me We have come in this earth all alone and we have to go from this earth also all alone so why there is so Hue and Cry for others and things.

Another friend told me that our two hands are not given for skirmish and fighting and with these two hands how many people you will make them defeat but with these two hands you can shake and make your join your hands together to say regards and courtesy in front of thousands of people.

Another friend of mine was really on the other sides of spirituality and hard core believer in spirits and ghosts. He told me when you urinate in open and calm spaces before urinating just signalise by making sounds so as to get vacate the ghosts from the places where you urinate.

Further up the road, you come to Lonavala. Over the last decade this town has developed rapidly and it is here that both the rich and the powerful have their farm-houses and holiday villas. Several of these fancy structures are out of place with the rural surroundings. While at Lonavala, do visit the Walvan and the Bushy dams. They are usually ftill during the monsoons and attract hordes of tourists. Lonavala is also famous for its chikki and its chiwda.On the Pune road, about 12 kilometres from Lonavala, are the Karia Caves. For instance, under the Supremo plan you will be charged Rs 160 for 20 bills and the validity period is one year.
Similarly if you choose to use the SMS bill pay service provided by BillJunction then under the Supremo plan you will be charged Rs 160 for 12 bills in a period of one year.
Compared with this, Citibank charges a transaction fee of Rs 10 if you utilise the net banking facility and Rs 25 if you use the phonebanking facility.
However, the facility is free to all ICICI Bank credit card and account holders but they need to register as Internet banking customers. HDFC also charges Rs 10 per transaction
